HitGen will be exhibiting at TPD Europe Digital regarding our capabilities in protein degradation research. Fully taking the advantage of DNA encoded library (DEL) screening as a powerful ligand identification tool, for Protein of Interest (POI) and E3 ligases, HitGen Targeted Protein Degradation Platform (TPDP) has the potential to accelerate degrader discovery and optimization processes. We will present a talk about “Enabling DNA Encoded Libraries as a High Content Discovery Tool for Protein Degradation Molecules ” at 11:40-12:10 am 17th Mar (GMT time), covering the exemplified protein target DEL design, selection and nomination of novel POI degraders; additional approaches for novel degrader identification will also be described.
